Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment but is greatly appreciated by your therapist or esthetician. If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Cash gratuity is preferred, however, gratuity may be applied to your card at the time of check out. For parties of 3 or more, 20% gratuity will be added to each service.

Arrival

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All treatments will end on time. Starting your service on time allows you the full relaxing experience you deserve. Make the most of your spa experience by relaxing in our lounge before and after your services.

Cancellations

In consideration of other guests and our specialists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. All services must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to bill half of the amount for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance and the full amount will be charged for all missed appointments. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our specialists, who rely on us to manage their schedules.
